Guitar Repair Shop Policies:
*A $25 fee will be added to all returned checks.
*All guitars that are not picked up, after two (2) months have passed with no contact from the customer, will be sold for the cost of the repair, parts and labor.
*All repairs that will cost more than the instruments value must be paid for in full before work is started.
*Repairs must be paid for before they are picked up.
*If someone is picking up your repair, they must have your claim ticket or I must speak to you on the phone to OK this pickup.
*All repair work has a one (1) year warranty. Customer abuse or normal wear does not have any warranty.
*If you are shipping an instrument it has to be in a hardshell case inside the box.
*I reserve the right to refuse work from customers.
